支持 LunaTV / KVideo / TVBox 订阅源自动转换，苹果CMS接口中转代理

使用方法

中转任意 API：在请求 URL 后添加 ?url=目标地址 参数

source	`jin18` = 精简版(Luna) `jingjian` = 精简版+成人(Luna) `luna` = Luna完整版 `kvideo` = 自动转为 KVideo 订阅 `tvbox` = 自动转为 TVBox 订阅
prefix	自定义代理前缀（仅在 format=1 或 3 时生效）
